Beautiful silver freshwater pearls are accented with Turkish style sterling silver beads.  A sterling silver matching toggle clasp, or lobster clasp with 2” sterling silver extender are available.  These silver pearls have a nice iridescent shimmer to them.

Freshwater pearls are cultured in freshwater mussels, mostly in China.  One mussel can yield more than twenty or more pearls in each harvest.  Freshwater pearls are said to symbolize innocence.
